Molly Osborne has called the High Country home for more than a decade, first coming to Boone to attend Appalachian State University, where she earned her degree in Business Management. After graduating, she chose to stay in the mountains and over the years has built both her life and her career here.

Licensed in real estate since 2019, Molly serves as Director of Operations for Rezvani Property Group while also working directly with buyers. Her years on the operations side of the business have given her a unique perspective: she knows what happens behind the scenes of a real estate transaction, what details matter, what can go wrong, and how to keep things moving. She brings that same experience to her buyers, along with a straightforward, thoughtful approach and a genuine interest in helping people find the right fit.

Molly spent much of her childhood in Greensboro, North Carolina, but the High Country has become home. These days, you’ll often find her playing pickleball, hiking, thrifting, catching live music, spending time with family and friends, or exploring the mountains with her dog, Amos. She loves the mix of small-town community and outdoor lifestyle that makes this area what it is. She’s always happy to share a favorite local spot or help someone get to know the area a little better.

Whether she’s solving a problem behind the scenes, helping a client make sense of their options, or finding a better way to get something done, Molly is at her best when she’s connecting people, details, and ideas. For her, real estate is ultimately about taking good care of people and helping them feel at home in a place she genuinely loves.
