“We had an unusually long closing because of issues with the seller and we are from out of town. Ruth helped contact and meet with contractors and others at the house many times when we couldn’t get to Blowing Rock-letting people into the house and the property when we couldn’t not. She gave us several really good recommendations on the people we needed to involve to resolve the issues we had. She helped negotiate costs and helped to move the process along as quickly as possible. She established and maintained a good rapport with the sellers realtor and offered really good suggestions to resolve the issues.
